29 Days guys 29 days. This is my first monday of summer and damn it i am going to post opn muggleteen. I will actually live up to this I will...i think. Right now I am recording the opera The Warl;ock's Hairy Heart for Lena Gabrielle Weinstien www.lenagabrielle.com and I am getting ready for The Final Battle and mostportantly to see all of you....cause ya know if I dont prepare my brain is gonna explode from happiness when I finally get there. AHHHHHH SO EXCITED GUYS SOOOOOOO excited! My life is good. I miss you people like crazy. I am re-reading Hunger Games because I want to and because I am obsessed with Freedom in Panem by Alex Carpenter. I finally got a facebook which you all know but...eh whatever, and I miss the DA Revival so mch I can't stand it. HEY GUYS! I’m happy to be doing this again. It will help the monotony of day to day life by breaking it up and making sure I know what day it is.

I’m not going to Leaky Con so I won’t be as excited as the incoming party. I am going to Comic Con in San Diego though so I’ll be freaking about that. If you didn’t know it’s a huge convention in California all about comic books. It happens the week after Leaky Con. If you guys are going let me know. I’ll try to find you! I’ll be dressed as Princess Peach one day with my friend who will be Daisy from Mario. It should be a lot of fun!

I succeeded last movie to not see any spoilers so I’m trying it again this movie so I won’t be posting any news about Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 2. However I did hear that they have chosen the actors who will be Peeta and Gale in the upcoming Hunger Games movie. Peeta is Josh Hutcherson and Gale is Liam Hemsworth. Also in case you haven’t heard Katniss will be played by Jennifer Lawrence. Personally, in another soon to be made into a movie book, The Mortal Instruments, I’m still hoping Darren Criss will play Mangus Bane, a gay warlock in New York.

Oh and I hope you all know that Deathly Hallows Part 1 comes out on the 15th of April and the new season of Doctor Who is starting on April 23rd.

Guys, I just remembered that part 2 will be in 3D…I’m sad now.

So I was really severly stressing about my math grade and today I found out it went from a C to an A because I GOT 100% ON MY MID TERM! 100% is that even freaking possible. Like what even yo? What even!!!!1 AHHHHH! So just thought I'd let the internet know. Anyway I hopefully will have it on www.youtube.com/muggleteen sometime this week but until then it is top secret hush hush ness. (like I am not saying what it is a parody of or POV or ANYTHING!) So muahahahahahahahaha [watches I love You by ALL CAPS] Zombies less than three ftw!!!!! Sorry I haven't posted in a while but I am going to try to at least blog if I can't vlog sometimes. I will try to do both every week but I can't vlog today. Well guys, here we are. I know I haven't been posting much and frankly no one has, and I know I haven't even been part of muggleteen for very long, but muggleteen is basically the DA Revival and we all know we've had that all year.
Thanks for a year of laughter and smiles, of hugs and cocktails, of envy and tears, but most of all, thanks for a year of love. I hope the new year will keep us together. All I know is that right now, I always want you to be part of my life.

Okay, when I remember I WILL be posting from now on and I hope some of you guys will too.

How has everyone's break been so far? Mine's been okay. The norm. My cousins came up last Tuesday and left today and I'd spent most of my days with them hanging out, eating, and playing games like tripoly and mexican train dominos. I got the Deathly Hallows Wii game for christmas and is thinking about spending all day today playing it. The only problem with that plan is I have a really stupid book to read for school. It's called The House Of The Seven Gables. It's not the stupidest book I've ever had to read but its also not the fastest paced. If the story would pick up a little it would actually be good but the day to day driftingness of it makes it really annoying to read. I'm about halfway done and so far its about this really old women named Hepzibah who lives by herself in a really huge mansion and she opens up a penny store because she needs money. Then her teenage cousin Phoebe comes to stay and then a ghost shows up for breakfast. The ghost is a guy who used to live in the house and Hepsibah is kinda in love with this ghost but the ghost doesn't care. See it sounds interesting but the way its written is just horrible.

THE HARRY POTTER FILM WIZARDRY BOOK IS SO AMAZING! IT IS THE AWESOMEST POTTER BOOK (BESIDES YOU KNOW THE BOOKS) THAT I HAVE EVER READ! That is all.

When do you all have to go back to school? I don't have to go until the second week on January (thank the lord) but I know I used to have to go back the Monday after New Years.

Guys we need ideas for weekly things so that we all do post here so think of some and put them in your posts. I'm saying this because I have no ideas and you guys are pretty creative.

Thats it for me I love you guys and I think that next week I'll have just come back from seeing The HP Exhibit in Seattle so woot!

So, a few important things have happened this week.
1. I saw Deathly Hallows, which was actually pretty good. I had a few complaints but you know.
2. Thanksgiving. <3 PIEEEEE. As you all know, I'm super thankful to have you in my life.
3. I actually had some decent conversations with Raven! I don't know why, but before now I hadn't talked to Raven all that much, which is sad. But we stayed up watching Glee and we talked again last night for a while so I'm happy now.
4. I cleaned my room! And did some homework! :O
5. This hasn't happened yet, but I'm going to WWoHP on Sunday with a friend from school. (Gasp, do those exist?) But I don't get to see Katie or Megan... :(

I'm proud of myself.

What I did today.

1. Woke up around 10:30

2. Spent until about 3 playing on the computer and trying (and finishing) my essay

3. Took my math test, it was easy

4. Took an about 2 hour bath...I had a really good book to read.

5. Got back on the computer.

6. Packed some stuff to go to grandma's

7. Drew a picture that I'm pretty proud of of the TARDIS a bow tie and a fez

Um ya...thats break for me.

The really good book I'm reading is called Gamer Girl. It's really good though I know exactly what is going to happen because I've read a lot of books like this one where a guy talks to a girl online and they fall in love and then they realize they go to the same school blah blah blah I'm sure you know the story. Anyway it's making me really want to buy a game like WOW thats online and you make a person....grrrr!

I found my owl from the Wizarding World last night and I slept with it...it makes me happy.

If it were a year ago I would say I'm going to go pack now but I'm not...I'm just going to sit here and doodle maybe listen to some music or get on skype...probably not...I'll end up packing around 10 like always...ah well

Day Old Ice Tea

I feel like stale Ice Tea. I am coming here and posting a day late and it's lkike yesterday everyone is like Oh where is her post and I am just like eh no not today. But now this stale old ice tea has nothing to do and decides to post and y'all will take me because you love ice tea but it just won't be the same ya know. It just can't be. This concept doesn't entirely come from the fact that I am drinking Ice tea....but it may be a factor.

So I am participating in NaNoWriMo as y'all know and I decided that in my post today I would put a story expert.

I don’t often work on Saturdays unless I really need the extra cash. For this reason Saturday is Ben’s day and Saturday night is normally date night. By date night I mean my date with a bowl of popcorn and a realistic fiction novel that has enough romance in it to fill a canoe but not to fill the titanic so it isn’t considered a romance novel and despite saying REAL right in it’s genre title with out non, not or the like in front of it, just seems too good too actually exist.

Sometimes as a kid I would intentionally hurt myself because I was too much of a Mary Sue, meaning I was too perfect, people liking me, me being the one everyone wanted to be and be with. As insane as it sounds an extra little cut on my forehead made me feel different and so therefore I just kinda got hurt. I am not suicidal or anything. I don’t cut myself or go all emo kid but a little kid with a broken finger is imperfect, a bit weird and totally interesting. In an attempt to be interesting without getting hurt I found other activities to do in the city.

So write in the comments, loved it hated it, didn't understand it well DUH it aint in context. But tell me what you think YOUR OPINION MATTERS!

GAHH! SERIOUSLY! I swear, I was even online last night, bored. And I was reading old Muggleteen posts thinking, "I wish it was my day, I'm bored." It was my day. I'm an idiot. Ok, I PROMISE next week I will be on time. :) Hey you guys should give me a punishment like they do on fiveawesomegirls. That sounds fun.
So, all lateness aside, I also realized that I haven't really been replying to posts from earlier in the week... oops. I'm still getting the hang of this I guess. (I'm pretty sure no one asked a question this week, so moving on.)
Well. Lately a big frustration of mine has been.... NANOWRIMO! Yeah, I know, I'm not even doing it. But that's why it's been so annoying. I feel like you guys are all in this little club and I'm just watching from the outside. Now, don't get me wrong, I think it's really cool that you're all doing it, and I'm jealous. So don't feel guilty.
Since nobody else asked a question and since I'm pretty sure all of the rest of you are doing NaNoWriMo (except Sam but she never posts anyway), then I want to ask- What's your book about? I'm curious. :)
I wanted to tell you guys my new idea. Tell me if you think it's stupid or good. Be honest. (I put this in a video too but I don't think anyone had time to watch it.) So, my dad suggested this. The idea is to make a new channel and make all of my videos just me reading out loud from Harry Potter. Like, all the way through the series. That way, if someone can't read (like my 5 year old cousin) then they can still enjoy the amazingness of HP. It's also to celebrate my love of canon. :) I'm going to read them with lots of expression and stuff so it won't be boring. Let me know if you think you would watch that or not. Thanks!

Literally. I cannot focus on anything right now, I am so overwhelmingly exhausted.

Now, I've changed my mind. I told you guys I wasn't going to be vlogging and blogging for a while, same silly excuses (Grades, Theatre, SLEEP, NaNoWriMo, ect.) and the fact that, while I have time to at least make a blog post, I always feel bad if I have nothing to say and don't like to post.

BUT.

I actually do have something really important to say today. It's short, but I really wanted to tell you all.

Today, feeling weird and bored and kinda emotional, I went back through all of our chats and loaded all the messages as far back. I reread all of our RP chats, and laughed all over again at how strange we are. XD Then I actually loaded up our old Infinitus chat, and I saved the whole thing onto a word doccument. I thought I would let you know:

While the chat was created on Wednesday January 6th, 2010, I was not even put in the chat until around April or May (I believe) and Skype is not even capable of loading messages from all the way back then. it DID go back to July 19, 2010. The day after everyone was home from Infinitus.

In that timeframe, from the day AFTER Infinitus to September 28th, 2010, we have written a total of 2,145 pages in a word doccument, making around 555,921 words.

that's a lot, guys. Within those 500,00+ words, we have become SO close, everyone, so much more close than before Infinitus. I can hardly believe how close we've gotten. It's really insane. Looking through this chat, beginning to read these old conversations, it's making me see how things really changed within those months, we've just become so comfortable with each other (mabye TOO comfortable sometimes XD) and I've never been so close to anyone before.

Well, that was just a bit of memories there, thought I would let you all know. I love you all a lot, and I can't promise a vlog but I'll definatly try to think of things to talk about next Wednesday!

NaNoWriMo

Okay so I tried to post last week and blogger wouldn't let me in. I have no clue why it was really weird so I just kind of gave up until today when it THANKFULLY let me in. Now this post is going to need to be quick for multiple reasons. Most importantly NaNoWriMo starts today and unlike last year where I started a week before NaNo ended I am starting and I am going to win a second year in a row (legitimatly this time forthose of you who know the story). This year I want to be a dork and write a novel about zombie lovers...I know that is strange I have been listening to too much all caps but it is my topic this year with my protagonists Dealila and Steven. Woohoo! It should be cute and gross at the same time. i am thinking about having them eat eachothers brains :) I am so dorky :)

So anywho! I am really afraid cause my acting journal is actually going to be READ by my teacher (a fact I did not know) and I wrote about Giraffe sex in there. I forgot again.... oops... not that I would've had time to post yesterday but still. Sorry. :(
So, this morning has been extremely frustrating. I was over at my friend's house because I had slept over so I didn't come home until like noon-ish and I realized I had to take these transcripts to the post office because I forgot to send them out to two of the universities I need to apply for and they need to get there by Monday. So anyway. I went to the post office, and it had closed at 11:30. So I went to a different one, and it had closed at noon. So then I went to the UPS store, and they said it would cost $30 per letter and I didn't really want to pay that much so I went to another post office which is like half an hour away and I paid $18 for each one. So I've basically been driving around all day... But yeah, if they don't get there by Monday I'm going to be a little perturbed.
Which brings me to all the other crap I have to do this weekend: clean my room and the bathroom, tons of homework and studying, practice for Districts for drama, and finish 4 college apps, including 2 essays and another mini-essay. That's not even mentioning that I haven't started on science fair or social studies fair. GEHRAHRW. Can I go to college yet??

Hey guys, another quick post from me and that's probably all you guys will ever get from me because I just have to much stuff to do every afternoon and I usually don't even get home until 5 or 6! grr!

For instance after I write this I have to try to finish up my 4 page Scarlet Letter essay that is due on Monday. That's pretty much all that I need to do right now but there is a lot to do this week for school. Also, I LOVE having a rotating schedule so you don't have the same classes every day!

Thanks for the suggestions Alyssa. I've already seen Being Human and was planning on watching Supernatural so...

Nicole. I'm really bad at being emotional...I think it's my shyness that I had as a kid coming back but I can't really cry or be mushy about things very well but what you wrote made me really happy. All the stuff you guys write is really awesome and meaningful but I just have nothing to say back so...sorry! I love you guys though.

And you should all be really jealous, because I have been hanging out with the most awesome puppy muffins. I say puppy muffin now because one is currently sleeping on me and even though he smells bad, he is too adorable to make move xD His name is Ty. She also has a puppeh named Katie, who I have shown to Katie before xD (Do you remember the "Katie says hello, Katie!" From a long time ago?) and the third puppy is Maddie, and she is the picture I sent to a few people xD But this post is most definitely not about puppeh muffins, as adorable as they are.

I completely understand why Nicole's post was so mushy and nostalgic, because I get like that all the time. I keep thinking that the next time I see any of you, I am going to sloth hug you and I am never letting you go. (But not like Ron and Hermione, okay xD) I keep thinking of our giant house. What is Alyssa procrastinating on today?
Well, seeing as I have been at Jess's since saturday morning... I have just sort of pretending that homework doesn't exist at all. (wasntme). So I have math homework to do, four problems. (meh just annoying). A spanish journal to write. (donneven). Spanish pages to read and activities to do. (guh). Two english sheets to complete (yes the annoying kind that take a long time -.- I don't like my english teacher.) And movie questions to answer and an outline for an essay to write in History. (FFFFUUUU IB.)

So OBVIOUSLY, I am about ready to shove IB off a cliff (violent enough, Katie?), I mean really! How do they expect us to do all of this work, successfully, and have 75 hours of community service/creative service crap this year? I can barely have time to finish my work AND sleep, Let alone doing anything outside of school.

GRRR. *rantover*

ANYWAY. I love you guys a lot and I have had a very fun weekend writing Hunger Games fanfiction and drinking coffee and watching anime and strange old TV shows with Jess. I am going to do my best to have a video for you guys on the muggleteen youtube channel, but I have all of this work and I don't even know if my dad will let me have the computer. I really want to make a video though. I REALLY do.

One week and I already forgot to post! Sorry guys. :(
Well, I've been feeling pretty mushy lately because I am really realizing how much you guys mean to me (not that I didn't know it before of course, but it's sinking in a lot lately). I'm not really a big believer in "everything happens for a reason" but I'm thankful for whatever string of events caused me to become friends with you all. Today, I was looking at photos on facebook of my friends from school on their trip to Europe this past summer. At the time when the trip came up, I was really upset that I couldn't go. It would be the experience of a lifetime. I had always wanted to go to Europe. But then again, had I gone, I would never have even looked into Infinitus. And that's kind of a scary thought, that this whole DA Revival world we've created could exist and I wouldn't even know about it. So I guess all I'm trying to say is, maybe sometimes when things don't work out, even better things take their place. And I have to keep telling myself this when things go wrong in the future. I didn't mean to get so philosophical and mushy there, but what I really meant by all that was that I love you guys so much, and you mean more to me than you probably know. Although, I guess we all feel the same way. I think I already told a lot of you this, but when Katie and I were driving to the theme park, Days of Summer came on my CD just as we were passing the Royal Pacific. It was very emotional.
Ok, all love-fest-ness aside, I'm getting pretty nervous because I found out that Darren Criss is the one picking the top five designs for the t-shirt contest, and I really want him to like mine.... In other news, my friend gave me some nerdy glasses (ok, 3D glasses with the lenses popped out and tape around the middle) and they are so adorable. Apparently he found them lying around somewhere. We had nerd day at school on Wednesday, and I pretty much just wore my normal clothes. I wore my math shirt. :)
I guess that's basically it for now, and I promise I'll try to remember to post on time next week. Bye!! <3

Weekly Question: Well I was thinking whoever got the guts to propose the other person got the ring but if (say in a male relationship) both guys wanted the ring both would be waiting for the other to propose which is confuzzing and counterproductive. Back in the time of December (I think) 2009 (or possibly january 2010) Megan and Kate decided to start MuggleTeen (mostly Kate Megan was just like OKAY! and then set up the account because she was fimilar with blogger and came up with the name). Kate rounded up Annie, Tasha, Angelica (whatever happened to her) and Megan to make the 5 ORIGINAL MUGGLETEENERS!!!!!!! Angelica dropped out within a few months (I think there was a school issue???). Tasha ran out of time. And Megan met Alyssa freakin Healey. This conosuer (sp?) of Maurader knowledge and lover of musicals and Harry Potter, a fellow cast member of Final Battle was just what MuggleTeen needed. Thomas joined but failed to post after one week (HE POSTED ONCE WHAT THE HECK THOMAS i still love him though). Meanwhile Katie had been a closet Harry Potter fan at Megan's middle school who hadn't come out in the open with Megan because of the "aqquantance (sp?)" status they held however when becoming freshman in a Magnet Program they began to talk more and discovered a shared love of fanfiction and Starkid. After a trip to Megan's house where they listened to wrock the REAL KATIE CAM ALIVE!!!!! Mean-meanwhile the DA Revival Forum on HPEF branched into a skype chat. Megan met Sam and many other awesome people and decided that Katie would fit in so nicley AND had a skype. Rob and Katie were added to the chat around the same time and Megan met (and picked on) Rob, became more aquainted with Sam and discovered more love for Katie. By mid-summer Kate and Megan and Annie and Alyssa decided to add Sam, Rob, and Katie to MuggleTeen. Rob posted (what three times?) Sam as well failed to consistently post however we loved them so dearly we didn't really care. We all met at Infinitus 2010 for the first time (spare my and Katie's meeting) in real life. Love grew stronger. Nicole, a member of the DA Revival and skype chat, after much application (begging) was added to the MuggleTeen line up. Now I post to you on this the 18th of October our 169th post!!!!

Sirius Lee could I have picked a more random number. It isn't a stepping stone or even an EVEn number. But there is some MuggleTeen history. Hay guys!

l am not at my house, so there will be no video today on the muggleteen channel. But there will be a blogpost! (see Annie, I care.)

But then, l am not sure what to say. At all. So l suppose I will just answer the question and also ask my friends on their opinions, it'll be a party! Or at least something more to read than what you would've gotten originally.

So my opinion on who gets the engagement ring in a gay marriage. l believe that its really up to the people. Sometimes people want to remember the moment, and in that case they may both get a ring but that's also the case in hetero marriages. l suppose that it also depends on who proposes. l mean, there are a lot of factors just like any other marriage. l think that it really depends on the people who are getting married.

JessicaJuice: I believe that it depends on the factor of how romantic the person wants to be. they can be informal and both go pick out the ring together. While in another case one could be said romantic and surprise the lover. No matter what the opinion is the gay lovers will choose what is best suited to their taste. It's modern day anything is possible!!!!: ) Why in any case should there be a distinction ? (That is the real question)

Mary: Whoever tops.

Becca: Whoever likes jewelry gets the ring.

Well, I guess it depends on the people. That's what I've gathered from this survey type thing. XD

So, I really wanted to start blogging, and so Alyssa said I could have Fridays. Because Sam doesn't like Fridays anyway, and Rob said she could have Thursday... or something. Well anyway, here I am! Being boring!

So, things to say-

Today was soo annoying. Traffic for hours, dentist appointment, and clothes shopping. But tomorrow will make up for it, because tomorrow I get to see Katie and Megan!!!!!!! :) Excitement!

Ok, so I'm really super jealous of Mealz and Kate, seeing each other and DARREN FREAKING CRISS. Have fun, guys. But I'm still jello.

Guys! I seriously need to design a T-shirt before Tuesday because I could win a hundred dollars and my design on a shirt and signed by Darren Criss. So I really have to make it good. Any ideas?

I feel like this post is boring and useless. I'm sorry. It's my first one. So as far as Megan's question, I think that whoever feels like they want to propose should be the one to propose, I guess. I bet Ellen was the one who proposed to her wife. I think her wife seems like the more "girly" one. But I guess it depends on the couple. If it's two men I don't know if they would even want the ring.

ALSO I WENT TO TRIPLE RAINBOW AWESOME AND HAVE A LOT TO TALK ABOUT :DSo at TRIPLE RAINBOW AWESOME I got to see Michelle who got a train from college. Apparently on the way back, they got lost in a dodgy part of the town, but you know, they are safe now :D I adore her shirt and we had just gotten done jumping around to ALL THE AWESOME BANDS so we were both kind of hot and gross xD But it's okay :D

Alex had to keep tuning his guitar because it was so hot in the Milkboy Coffee shop xD Later on he said "My guitar keeps going out of tune cause it's so hot in here, so I think what I need to say is you all look great tonight. You have clearly lost all intelligence you possess. You have lost four pieces of mail! SIRIOUSLY! And now you are probably thinking “oh this stupid kid spelt seriously wrong” which only supports the idea that you mail-men are malicious Malfoys with the brains of a blast-ended screwt. Anyway four letters have been lost two addressed to Alyssa Healey, on to Robert Mayo, and one to Sam Sacuta. The names may have been potter-a-fyed however the postcards/letters never arrived in their various mailboxes at their various locations and I am extremely upset. I sent these letters all with premium stamps and spent two dollars on each postcard (three were postcards). This all seems like such a waste of money. In the end I lost $6.45 not to mention time and energy. If you could please refund the money or send my letters I would be extremely appreciative. THANK YOU! The ALL CAPS was necessary. I freaking love RENT! RENT!!!!!!!! I love Mark...he is so adorkable! I am currently writing this in a note book which I will later type out into blogger but my mom is forcing me to do this post a "day in advance" without acctually PUTTING it UP a day in advanced. Okay there is a random jar of Jif in front of me...wow random...um...no explanation for that one! Oh look Cell Block Tango came on. I am super into musicals as most of y'all know and I kinda want to do a song of the week like Kate does but I want to do all my songs from musicals (as long as she doesn't mind me moving in on the song of the week thingy. so um..I am just gonna try it this week.

Megan's Musical Number of the Week: *shuffling Ipod* One Short Day from Wicked. One short day in the emerald city one short day full of so much to do every way that you look at the city there's something exquisite no one can list it before the day's through! Wicked is one of my all time favorite musicals. I saw it on broadway the summer before...7th grade I beleive. OH MY LORD was it AMAZING! I expecially like this number because it is a large group number with all the Ozians and Elpheba and Galinda so everyone gets to sing and dance around...in GREEN!

Okay well in Potter news the tailer came out recently (spell fail) and OMG DOBBY! That was my favorite part...the flash of Dobby! That is about as much as I have got to say love y'all!

I'm watching Back To The Future :D I am so amused with how similar that one line was to Chamber of Secrets and "Where will you be when the Mason's arrive?" CUE ROB: "I will be in my bedroom, making no noise and pretending that I don't exist." GOOD JOB ROB. (Let's just pretend that he came to Delaware and typed that one line in my blog post, just for funzies. Though it really wouldn't hurt if he wanted to write a blogpost on thursdays, you know, the day he is supposed to be writing blog posts? And what about some Sam Friday? Hey?)

I should really be doing the homework that I've been procrastinating on. *sigh* Whatever, I'm going to DC tomorrow anyway (h) That's going to be how I express my hearts on here, by the way. Because I just typed it automatically, and I am leaving it xD

WHO IS READY FOR JO ROWLING ON OPRAH? I am so excited (h) I love hearing how awesome she is and fangirling her like woah. I am definitely not missing that episode (for the people who follow me on twitter? Yes I wrote episdoe and then went back and wrote it correctly.) All of this hype about the movie is getting me excited, I watched the trailer about three times full volume before it finally clicked in my head that the movie is very close at hand. I started crying for that reason, and the fact that the movies are almost over. I hope that I don't like die when the movies end, because there will still be fanfiction and wrock and fandom love (h) We will live forever and ever in our hearts.

I'm going to listen to that song a whole bunch and smile because last year around this time I was listening to it and couldn't relate to it like I can. Can I also add how jealous I was? #honestyhour Gah. That song is just gorgeous.

OHMYGOD THE FACE. I AM SO AMUSED BY THE FACE.

Now then, as you all already know, I'm sick this week. So I've been quite bored, sitting at home, without anyone to talk to. It has been a good chance to catch up on some of my reviewing for a few HPFF stories that I read.

I've also had a few enlightenments (I guess you could call it that) this week. You know, sudden things that have kinda just HIT me and I'm like....wow. I never thought of it that way. (I know I sound crazy, just listen.)

First off, as far as Hunger Games goes....

SPOILERS! CATCHING FIRE! SPOILERS!

I have just gotten to the part of Catching Fire where they arrived at District 11, then everyone makes the gesture for Katniss and the whole thing with Rue and everything....the last part I read was the old man getting shot and killed in front of everyone because he sung Rue's Mockingjay song in honor of her memory. Believe it or not, not even in Hunger Games, it hadn't really hit me how evil and awful the Capitol was. Not even the fact that they make KIDS fight to the DEATH had it really hit me....until this exact moment. That they would kill an old man, for remembering a TWELVE YEAR OLD GIRL and honoring her memory because she's dead. BECAUSE OF those freaks in the Capitol. I keep thinking about this...and it's giving me chills and making me feel all weird. It's remarkable how a story can have such an effect on you. This is how I know these books are amazing.

okay then. so. I've had another enlightenment also. Now this one has to do with Harry Potter. and it's really sad that its taken me like five years to go oh wow.....that really hit me. So you guys can shoot me if you want, I've already kinda smacked my self for this. so allow me to explain a bit.

As we all know, two of the people who I talk to the most on skype (Alyssa and Sam, that would be you.) are absolutly IN LOVE with Marauders era. Now before meeting you guys, I hadn't even really looked at the Marauders era very much, being more of a Next Generation girl when it came to fanfiction and such, and then for some stranger reason, never really paying attention to the Marauders in the actual series....PoA used to be my least favorite book. But because of Alyssa and Sam and even others who love the Marauders (I mean we all love them, just some love them MORE than others XD) I've been in a full Marauders era mode for the past month. Not really reading any fanfictions that didn't have to do with them, not really doing ANYTHING Harry Potter that didn't have to do with them (I've had Marauders Map by MoM playing constantly on my iPod all week, along with the other Marauders songs I have) Yet, it all was still fandom things. There was still that "never paying attention to the Marauders in the ACTUAL books" thing that I had going on. My copy of PoA had been missing for years, since I had actually read it, so I recently got a new copy but still had hardly touched it. So I went back and reread the last few chapters of PoA. And thats when something in my head went....BAM. Hit. Impact. I'm talking about the death of Lily and James, and the effect it was on Remus and Sirius. I know, I know, you're like WTF Katie how has this not hit you before?! They lost a friend who was like a BROTHER to them, especially for Sirius, I mean he lived with the guy for years! Well, I guess it takes going back to JK Rowlings amazing writing to really hit me and make me realize....I really felt for them....and I cried. Then I read those last chapters AGAIN...and cried some more. You know, those chapters don't even elaborate that much on the impact their death had on the characters, more of OHMYGOSH PETER YOU WERE OUR FRIEND WHY THE HECK DID YOU DO THAT?! Betrayal kind of thing. But the whole time I was just picturing what Sirius was thinking......ya know? Well you probably don't. Because I don't even know. *sigh* Well, that was my second 'enlightenment' that was just a bit silly, to be honest.

This one is even SILLIER. and you are all gonna be like WHAT THE HELL KATIE!? But I'm going to tell you anyways. Along with PoA, OotP was always one of my lesser favorites of the series. And, like I have told you guys many times, OotP and HBP were ruined for me when some dumbass kid decided to shout SIRIUS DIES AT THE END OF OOTP AND DUMBLEDORE DIES AT THE END OF HBP in the middle of my class in 4th grade. I hate that kid with a burning passion. Anyways, because of this, I suppose you could say I rushed through OotP a bit. The whole time my mind is going "Sirius is going to die? What? Haha..what? *turns page* Where?!" So I rushed through the whole story, and Sirius death wasn't even a big impact on me. Again, never really paid attention to the Marauders characters, so I don't remember ever even noticing Sirius very much as a 4th grader....what was wrong with me? Then, after I read it once, I haven't read OotP again since then. So, along with reading the last bits of PoA the other day, I also reread the end of OotP. And cried. A lot. And then I went and watched the end of OotP. And cried more. That line...that line that always hits me...when Sirius and Harry are dueling, and Sirius goes "Nice one, James." ......I'm tearing up just thinking about it.

So, I was enlightened more on the deaths of two characters who I never really cared about before I met you guys and got deep into fandom. And hey, now they are two of my favorite characters! And everything is all good now. XD

Skype Memorable Moments
Well, since Kate has her own segments like "Kate's song of the week" I figured I would make my OWN segment. So, from now on every week, I'm going to post that weeks most memorable moments on skype. Megan didn't post? WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE WORLD!

Hey everyone, it's Tuesday. I went to the Doctor today and learned that I need to get 5 shots...great. Anyway, I'm kind of happy cause all the homework that is due tomorrow I finished by 6:30 and tomorrow I have 2 hours of study hall to work on all the other stuff yay!

I am reading the most amazing book ever called Geektastic: Stories from the Nerd Herd. This book is an anthology (short stories each written by one author and collected by another author aka the best types of books in the world) which contains some really amazing authors like John Green ( you should know him), Holly Black (Spiderwick, Ironside), David Levithan (Boy Meets Boy, Will Grayson, Will Grayson), Garth Nix (Sabriel), Scott Westerfeld (The Uglies) just to name a few. I think the reason I love it so much is you have to be incredibly nerdy to write a story about a Klingon and a Jedi falling in love or meeting up with people you know only through online roleplay for the first time or sneaking out of your house to take part in LARP (live action role play) and it makes me happy to know that authors are just major geeks.

Muggleteeners, I'm trying to fill my wall with pics and stuff from Infinitus so if you have any I'd love them.

RANDOM FACT!!! The twins (the actors) both love the Foo Fighters according to the HP 4 movie poster book I have.

Hey guys! I know how horribly lame it is that I didn't post yesterday but I didn't even think about it the whole day! I figured it out today at school and I just got home so sorry!!!! The main reason why I didn't remember is because I'm a stupid, lazy procrastinator who didn't finish her summer homework until today, the day it is due and I have a seminar to go to tonight at 7 so...wish me luck!!

So, because of stupid HW and Huck Finn I haven't been able to be on the comp much so I haven't scene the new MoM video. (Yes I know how stupid this is) but I'm sure it is totally awesome.

More school news, in French class we have to make a movie completely in French so my group is going to make a Spanish Soap Opera in French. It's going to be really cool. I'm my friend Maddy's talking hand (not the Maddy that makes hats she is Madi.) and she plays a crazy person who is going to jump of a roof (not really) with my Nimbus 2000 and pretend to fly :)

So this is my first post since I went to Ashland. Well..it was really fun. We saw Hamlet, King Henry IV Part 1, Throne of Blood (Japanese Macbeth), and The Merchant of Venice. I also got this amazing white mask from the greatest Renaissance store ever.

300 day to LeakyCon eh? Well...me and Victoria don't care...( jk :) )

Okay the new ride I want to see in WWoHP is (yes I know I am stealing this from Mugglecast) a ride like Disney's Tower of Terror but instead you see the scene when Draco tries to kill Dumbledore but then Snape does it and as soon as you hear Snape go Avada Kadavra you see a green light and you drop. But besides that they need to make Grigotts it is a ride made in the books!

KATIE FINALLY GOT HUNGER GAMES!

AND I FINISHED HUNGER GAMES! As in, the first one, of course. I have not yet started Catching Fire.

HUNGER GAMES SPOILERS

okay so here's what I thought of them. Overall, REALLY AMAZING. I mean, some of it was dragged out a bit, because Katniss is by herself, but usually that would only last for a few pages or so before something exciting happened. Collins definatly did a good job keeping it exciting and entertaining, even with only Katniss to focus on at some points. The whole time I read it, I kinda had an idea of what would happen. I thought, either Katniss wins or there is some kind of twist ending where more than one tribute comes out alive. Of course, I was right. I JUST KNEW IT! But either way, the whole book, I knew Katniss wasn't going to die...just because there are two more books, of course. But that didn't change the fact that I really enjoyed them and they were just so exciting and GAH I must start reading Catching Fire tonight!

Now then, with all books I always just HAVE to have a favorite character, especially with series, but to be honest I didn't really have a FAVORITE character that I immediatly attached to, which was one of the only problems I had and a bit of a disappointment. NOT HUGE, just a bit. I mean, in regards to the MAIN characters, Peeta and Katniss are cool and all, and it's not that I hate them or anything, I just don't love them. It's a mutual kind of thing. I mean, they're main characters, especially Katniss since she's the narrator, so you kinda have to like them a bit, and I felt like they had personalities and everything but...eh. I just don't love them. And then everyone else pretty much died before you could get used to them so...yeah. (I hope I'm making sense right now, I'm really tired and not really paying much attention to what I'm saying...) This is why I can't wait to continue the series, because I'm hoping to see some more build up on the other characters who weren't there in the Games, especially the people back in District 12 who we were only briefly introduced to like Gale and Prim. For now, just in Hunger Games, my favorite character is probably Cinna. I just love every time he shows up, he's quite awesome in my opinion. Then there's Haymitch...at first I disliked him a bit, but as the books continued and Katniss would always elaborate on him, thinking about what he would be saying right at the moment to her, I could just picture him sitting in front of his television or however he watched her as their mentor, shouting the same exact things she was thinking he was saying. So I suppose you could say, in a weird way because of that, I really ended up liking him too. (again, if that makes any sense....it's hard to explain. It makes sense in my head, okay?! I just like how he developed as a character, which made me like him a lot, I suppose is a better way to put it)

now then, in Harry Potter news....NEW MINISTRY OF MAGIC SONG OHMYGOSH I LOVED IT! that's really all I can say. SUPER AMAZING, as always I mean they ARE Ministry of Magic so everything they do is amazing. I can't wait until the album comes out, I will freak.

In other news....oh. No vlog again. Sorry guys. D: if any of you have seen my countless messages on facebook, referring to me having no electronics after six, it is for a reason which I can tell you guys later, I just prefer not to tell on here, free in the interwebbs. But I will rant and express my need to run away every other week and move in with each of you alternating, or SOMETHING just...urgh. It's frusterating. Especially because I miss you guys already. So if you want, I would love for you to call. I won't answer, no cellular device, but leave me a message and I'll listen to it in the morning when I have my phone again for school! It will totally make my day<33

But me and Megan and our friend Kelly whom is also in the skype chat now, just so those of you who haven't talked to her know, and possibly a few others are going to Wizarding World on Friday! OHMYGOD GLOBAAAAAL. It has begun. First day of school = ten pages of outlining. TEN. The worst part: apparently I did it at the end of last year. By hand. Which I then handed into my old teacher. Which he never gave back. *headdesk* I'm an idiot. I don't care if it helps me concentrate, I'm never doing global by hand again. EVER. Even better news? I have ten more pages due Monday. Wonderful.

But other than that, my first two days of school were fantabulous! ... Actually, they were kind of boring. Nothing happened of note. No, really. It was boring. School was boring. How surprising.

Sorry guys. D: It's already eight, I've been doing my homework all afternoon, it's already dark outside so bad lighting, I didn't film anything exciting this week...I was going to share all my wonderful birthday presents from you guys, so I guess I'll do that next week I PROMISE! And today was just a very exhausting and frusterating day at school. Oh, the dramas of teenagers at school. I miss summer already, where there were no silly outside problems...just us and Harry Potter! *sigh* ...to top it all off, Florida is just too overwhelmingly hot sometimes.

Hey guys so, I have to get up at 5 am tomorrow morning and get in a car with some random kids from my school and drive 6 hours up to Oregon just to see some plays.

So besides that...I've been pretty good. I finished Mockingjay on Saturday and OMFG I'm going to rant about it know so if you don't want to be spoiled skip ahead to where I say spoilers over k?

Okay. Some people are saying the ending was a cop out but I freakig LOVED IT! I loved Peeta always so when he got hijacked and was yelling and Katniss and basically pointing out every true thing about her I was like yelling at my book "That's right! Tell her Peeta! She doesn't deserve you!" I knew for like 20 pages before Katniss did it that she would kill Coin. I loved the part after Prim dies and Katniss sees Buttercup that was really awesome. The first time I read Prim's death scene I though that it was Effie Trinket that died cause I was reading it way too fast and then I wondered why Katniss was so sad until I went back and read it again. I hated District 13...all the people just seemed so like "I'm smarter than you so you have to do what I say and I don't care what your idea's are." When I right before the part that Katniss killed Coin I was thinking this is what the moral of the story is. It doesn't matter who is in control life will still suck for people, it's a never ending cycle. I'm really unhappy that Katniss voted to have another Hunger Games. In the first book she really was avidly against the Hunger Games, she didn't even want to have kids cause she didn't want them to have to face the games. I don't know it showed a really revenge-y side of Katniss.

Life is a lot better than ever. Two weeks of school has already shown that a pretty crap Middle school life was worth surviving. I absoulutly love school. aint that odd. I WANTED to go to school today and then was SAD it was Labor Day though the catch up on sleep did feel good. Okay so Nicole came over Saturday which made me happy.

Okay so I am watching Camp Rock 2....omg it is terrible. Like super cheesy & crappy. What the hell is this. It is so bad it is comical. hehehe. Well I can't say I am not....entertained...hehe. gigglesnort*

I finished Catching Fire last night and had full intentions of finishing Mocking Jay today but it just hasn't happened Okay Disney Channel has REALLY BAD DIALOGUE! "Oh I accidentally wrote your name on my arm." basically the most AWKWARD conversations EVER are featured in Camp Rock 2. OMG RANT RANT RANT STUPID DISNEY WHY AM I EVEN WATCHING YOU RANT RANT!!!!! OMG awkward random fireflies WHAT THE HELL!?!?!?! Oh my gosh all these lines are delivered in a way that is SO scripted. YOU CAN TELL it is scripted. THIS ACTING IS TERRIBLE! I COULD DO A BETTER JOB THAN THIS. Okay Katie new idea Camp Rock 3 staring Megan and Katie! I handle dance you handle script and directing and we both do acting and vocals. THIS IS SO BAD!

The reason I'm posting Sunday instead of Saturday is because decided to be spazzy yesterday and not work for half the day. Honestly, I had a vlog filmed and I said to myself, "Kate, you're going to post this right after you do some of your summer reading." So I read my book and then I ladidadida-ed up to my laptop and the internet decided it hated me. Love you, too, buddy. Love you too. (PS: That vlog should be up soon. Saturday PJs and all. :D)

My life has been nothing but Doctor Who and dreading school lately, so that's all this post is gonna be. I finally start school Tuesday. I believe I am the last to go. I feel like I'm some sort of hero or something ... Like the last Time Lord. O.o Maybe not. But I'm kind of excited in a way. I'm finally taking Music Theory again! It'll be good to use software to write my music again. I completely forgot how Finale works. And Symphonic Orchestra! Well, maybe I'm a little more scared for that one. See, I haven't touched my violin since June. I'm so gonna suck. xP

Disgusting side note: I burned myself reheating some food today. Now I have a giant blister on my pink knuckle. It's gross. O.o Ow, and hurty. Maybe poking it isn't such a good idea ...

Anyway. I talked about fun stuff in today's vlog (LINK) but I decided that I was going to talk about different stuff on here =D Namely how my schedule rotates. So, I will try to explain this in rows, and just pray that it works.

S Saturday Practicum from 9-12, Once a month. Art thing.

*8* is a rotation so that every week we get one extra block period of one of the original 7 (Ex. 2461, 2462, 2463, etc.)

So that is how my schedule rotates. In a very confusing way. And they are trying to make it even more confusing by changing thursday around so that we don't have 3 hours of period 6. I say to hell with that, though. I will take my double potions in stride (That's what I am calling it xD)

So my actual schedule is:
1. IB Biology with an awesome teacher =D
2. IB Spanish IV with the teacher I had last year.
3. IB Art with a teacher I had last year
4. Study Hall first semester/ TOK (theory of knowledge) second semester
5. IB Math Studies while normally I HATE MATH WITH A PASSION, I am actually really excited for this class. =D
6. IB English the lady who teaches this has a really soothing voice and I feel like I might fall asleep often. D:
7. IB History of the Americas with the same history teacher I've had since freshman year. =DD

SO, not that you guys actually care about all the classes I am taking... I just felt like writing them out.

I don't really know what the question is, so I am just going to answer Annie's. If you were to name and give a gender to your tennis racket what would the name and gender be? If I were to give a name and gender to my tennis racket, I would have to say Female and her name would be Madam Effie. I don't know why, but this is what I think of. My tennis racket, if I remember correctly, was gray and white and I loved her dearly. =D Also: Also guys would you think that it would be weird to have school in a church? I do not find this weird at all. The thing is that there are tons of churches around Delaware that double as schools. My grandmother was a teacher at a preschool that was held in a church and my cousins go to school at Saint Mary Magdalens. So It's a common concept xD I personally think it would be kind of cool, but then I'm not so sure I would like it. This probably has something to do with architect and me not really being religious. I dunno xD

I now have a weekly thing I can do!

Hey guys, I haven't talked to you at all since school started. The major reason for this is I now get home at 4 where I used to get home at 3. Plus on the first day of school I had to read Act 1 of Hamlet and today I had tennis practice till 6 so....On the bright side my school is pretty awesome. There are about 115 total kids in the whole high school (9-12). My class (the Freshman) is the largest with 35 kids. I actually have school in a church so I have classes in the Sanctuary and the Fireside room which is pretty cool. All the people are nice even though on the first day a freshman did get run over by a senior....

So because of my school I have to go to Ashland, Oregon next week from Tuesday to Thursday so I will not be able to post on my day. Megan tell me what you would like me to do. I could post late on Monday or on any other day.

The reason my school is going to Ashland is because we're seeing four plays. The two main plays we will be seeing are Hamlet and Henry III (I think it's the third don't hold me to that)

It's my turn to ask the question of the week so let me try and think up a good one.

Now, you might not consider this a good question but I got back from tennis like 2 hours ago and during tennis we had a long conversation about this.

Hey Bloggers. I am about to type the unthinkable...I LOVE SCHOOL!

I cannot saftley say ALL of the main reasons I love school because everyone in school is a Harry fan and I am wearing my muggleteen shirt tomorrow so if they come on and learn about like....stuff....that Katie knows about....it could be...problamatic....however if a PA person who I love is reading this feel free to ask me what all of my reasons are and maybe I'll answer you...or maybe you'll already know. On THAT note I LOVE KELLY MEAGHER, I LOVE TYLER KLINGBIEL, AND I LOVE KATIE IBRAHIM! Wait we knew I loved Katie....oh well... I also love some peoples who I don't talk to as much such as Forrest(pronounced like the place with trees) because her name is epic, Molly cause she is nice, Adonis agian because of epic nameness, Ciarrah even though I can NEVER spell her name right, Jackie cause he is so damn energetic, and Kelly's friend who watch Zombie Land yesterday whose name I cannot remember but who helped us in captin on deck. BUT KELLY AND TYLER ARE MY FAVORITES! mostly because I talk to them most :) Sam you should be nicer to Kelly. I also love just about EVERYONE of any age in the magnet program just haven't met all of you yet. :)

Anywho, I actually haven't slept. I know how stupid this is, believe me, I do. (Just like I believe in commas, I do, I do!) I just can't bring myself to care at the moment? I wasn't tired, so instead I spent way too much time on a stupid summer paper that probably didn't need as much effort as I put into it. Yes, I wear the failpants in this relationship, actually in every relationship. But really? I'm wearing a skirt right now, so I'm not wearing a kind of 'pants' at all. I guess. This paragraph was completely pointless... Don't you feel foolish for reading it? xD

Maybe not, because... well, just guh. Nothing else. That's how I am feeling right now. I start school on Tuesday in two days. I get to wake up ONE. MORE. DAY. without school. And I really don't want to let this summer go. I just can't do it. I'm going to be moping for like a month, I just know it. This summer was so freaking amazing though! And I know that other people are enjoying school and social lives, but I don't think that I'm going to be able to. I'm worried that everything that has been built up in me this summer is going to come crashing down the first day back. and I Don't. Want. That. So now we all know why I'm not ready. Sorry for the bleh-ness of this post xD

okay so, I actually REALLY like school, Like, like, A LOT A LOT. Like.

haha, why did I write 'like' so many times?

Not only have me and Megan established our own group of awesome theatre kids who are also fellow Potter Nerds, but we get to see Hogwarts every day when going outside to switch classes. Like, a perfect view of it. Be jello.

So, school is not my main subject of this post, nor is Harry Potter. (suprisingly) I would like to take this time to rant about a television channel.

There is a channel, on the TV. For me, a Direct TV user, it is on channel 311. This station broadcasts quite a few original television shows. These shows could quite possibly the most annoying, stupid shows on the entire planet. Yet I still watch them, out of sheer boredom since none of my other shows are currently on right now.

This channel is called ABC Family.

So they have 4 main 'drama' TV shows, in case any of you are unaware (although I'm sure you know them already) Make it or Break it is the only show I have not seen, so I can't really say anything posotive or negative on it.

The other three, I can definatly rant on.

Okay, well, Pretty Little Liars is actually really good. It kinda bugs me, "pretty" little liars of course, so like EVERYONE at the high school are these gorgeous people, unrealistic but its still a fairly exciting and interesting show.

As for Huge, I'm afraid I can't say anything posotive. I mean, I get it's a nice show and everything but it's very corny, awkward, and a bit strange to me. Plus the acting is.....well, its BAD. like BAD BAD BAD. Is it really that hard to find good actors?

They just make everything SO dramatic. ABC Family would make someone eating a SANDWICH look dramatic. (turkey sammiches? yes, sam, yes. We like turkey sammiches. :D)

Okay, so far, I haven't said THAT mean things about the shows yet.....theres really only one I dispise with all my heart......its called The Secret Life of the American Teenager.

OHMYGOD. I can't STAND THAT SHOW. okay, sure, it started out as an okay show. Girl gets pregnant at band camp, has to deal with her life...okay wait, it was NEVER an okay show. Or a normal show, for that matter. Who gets pregnant at BAND camp?! Now I'm pretty sure everyone has dated EVERYONE, and they're all just being retarted its ABSOLUTLY REDICULOUS. I want to go KILL everyone in that show. They should all just get together and have a million babies then they all DIE. Okay?! OKAY!! And there is nothing worse than Secret Life ACTING. GEEZ. Amy's mom and Amy bug me the most. And Grace. And Ben...and they all bug me. They're the most ANNOYING characters ever. It's like, again, EXTREME DRAMATIC junk, and its not even in a good way! I don't WANT to know who Amy picks, she's dated like ten guys I DONT CARE! I JUST. DONT. CARE.

My Public School System is Stupid

Guess what came out today?! MOCKINGJAY! This post will have no spoilers because for one I still have summer homework to do and two because my dad was being stupid and preordered it from Barnes and Noble and we only have a Borders here so it's coming in the mail and I won't get it till Saturday...

Oh! So the local high school that I'm NOT going to seems to have me enrolled...and instead of calling the school and telling them like normal parents, mine want to see how long the system will think that I'm enrolled. One of my friends here said that I should switch schools every day. Anyway the reason for telling you guys this is I got my schedule from the school I'm not going to in the mail today and they don't have History. I don't know if this is normal but if I was going here I would gladly drop an elective to take history! But I'm a history buff so...

Haha all of you guys had school yesterday! I don't get school till the 30th. Kate sucks though cause she doesn't start till the 7th which is kinda weird.

So in the mail today I got two Harry Potter boardgames. They where Harry Potter Clue and Sorcerers Stone Trivia game. I can't play the trivia game at the moment because whoever my dad bought it from sent it with missing cards but my parents and I did play the HP Clue. If you like Clue you will like this games. It twice as complicated as clue but really fun once you get it. Also my parents pronouncing all the words wrong was fun too. It's pretty much Clue with House Points, Dark Marks causing bad things, and a wheel that acts like the moving staircases. If you have the money and want a HP game you should get this one.

Kate, in like 4th grade I read most of the Artimus Fowls out then and even decoded the whole story thing in the first book on the bottom of all the pages but then I never got into it again. I read the next one that came out but never really liked it after the 1st one (which I thought was really good).

No I do not have a pet turtle. I had one when I moved up from LA but it was eaten by a raccoon within the first week because it was in an outdoor pool...and I don't think it had a name. If I had a turtle I would name it B.A.M.F in honor of Neville cause turtles make me think of Neville.

I recently noticed (like in the last week) that there is a loud noise like a firework that goes off pretty much every night around where I live. It's pretty annoying.

Schooool...staaaarrted todaaaayyy! I hate you people who don't go back til september or something. i already have assignments too BLECK! Journals for the Drama Magnet don't seem too hard but I am not really sure how I like my teachers and I only have friends in 1st ,2nd ,6th and 7th periods. I have no Theatre kids in any classes besides those four. there aren't even people that SEEM nice. Not to be prejuduce but a lot of them are like wanna-be thugs and I just can't see myself being friends with them (though I will try). There are some okay people in my Math class and YEAH I HAVE LUNCH WITH KATIE AND SOME THEATRE KIDS!!! woohoo! so yeah I have it better than most and I will survive.

Okay So I intend to make a vlog post...though I am not sure what about. right now I need to make a list of school supplies. I'll video tape THAT and TRY to make it seem interesting but...who knows.

I THINK it is my turn to ask a question mostly because Kate answered two questions I already have answered, so here goes nothing. Okay well I think I'll steel like THE BEST random question I ever heard a student ask a teacher on the first day of school. Sorry I didn't post last week, guys. I thought we were only doing vlogs. All good now, though!

I have no idea what to blog about ... My life is a bore right now. I'm just reading and writing music. I swear to God, that's my life at the moment. That's what happens when the Summer winds down, I guess.

But I got some exciting news last week! Apparently a bunch of you are coming to the Big Apple for the wrock festival in November. THAT'S EXCITING! I miss you so much, and now there's going to be a whole pack of DA Revival peeps in my city! YAAY! Hopefully a few of you who are close enough will go to the Quidditch World Cup, too. That would just make my year.

I've decided to switch up my weekly segment thing. The vlog will now include a song of the week and the blog shall include a book of the week. So here goes:

~Kate's Book of the Week~

Artemis Fowl: The Atlantis Complex by Eoin Colfer. I'm not done with it yet, but I'm on the last chapter! Anyway, it's the newest book in the Artemis Fowl series and it's AMAZING. It only came out two weeks ago. Don't you love book releases? It's like Harry Potter all over again! Well, not really. But you should definitely read the Artemis Fowl series if you haven't already. So, I'm guessing I've got two question to answer? Well, here goes (again):

What do you want to be when you grow up?

This is surprisingly hard for me. Whenever someone asks me this, I usually say English teacher. And I honestly would LOVE to be one. But now that I've seen how many people actually live off of their music, I kinda want that life. It'll probably never happen, but being a musician is more of a dream than something I could actually do. But I CAN say for certain that I'm majoring in English. That's a definite.

Can you believe it? It's gone by so fast! How I wish I could go back.... *sigh*

It's currently 2:19 AM, and I've got Star Wars (the very original one) playing on my TV. I'm not completely watching it, but I like having something on the TV. I watched the Empire Strikes Back last night too. I'm having a Star Wars high all of a sudden these past few days. It was on TV, then there was that Star Wars convention going on in Orlando.

I got my school schedule last Friday. I like it, though I'm gonna have to tweak the second semester a bit. Also, I've all of a sudden started doing IRL social things. It's scary. I'm supposed to go to this movie party tommorow night. Still debating on whether to go or not, I skipped a swim party on Tuesday. I like my Skype chats with my better friends. :)

I have school Monday. I don't want to go to school Monday. Urgh. Hopefully it's not as bad as last year, but I don't have high hopes. At least I have DH I in the middle of it to keep me going. Though, I will be jealous around that time since a bunch of you guys will be in New York City for that wrock festival. My sleeping schedule's really bad, too. I stay up 'til, like, 4:30 AM and get up anywhere from 1 to 2:30.

Awww C-3PO just hurt R2-D2's feelings. :((((((((

Ugh, I was just about to say something, but I can't remember what it was. Oh well. I watched Jersey Shore today. That show is so awful. I can't believe those people live like that. It is funny though! I mean, it's so ridiculous.

I'll probably have more interesting things to talk about next week after I've been in school for 4 days. Ugh. Here's to a good school year.

Hey guys.

I will not be posting vlogs sorry. I also suggest that we have one group of people posting and a whole different group of people vloging. I know you guys swear that your posts won't be shorter or of a lesser quality because you are doing vlogs but I know that mine would be so I'm not sure your guys are going to be able to do everything once school is in full swing. So ya...think about it guys...I'm not vloging but I will be posting. (Some proof of this is both Megan and Katie's posts were very short this week compared to normal and they both vloged)

So Megan, I posted on the 3rd of August saying that I wouldn't be posting the next week and the next Monday you went after me for not posting. Did you just not see it or what?! I believe, and correct me if I'm wrong, but I have only missed posting (missed is not posted at all, I'm not counting make-ups in this) and if I can't do that without the threat of being kicked out then I don't really want to do this.

Alyssa, I'm really freaking out about school too. I start on the 30th and I still have to finish reading Huckleberry Finn (I'm on chapter 7 out of 43) and French class twice a week for two hours.

My life recently has been pretty swell. Last week, like I said, I was camping with my cousins where I had no phone or internet access so I couldn't get my post up and I'm sorry. I got home on Wednesday and went straight to French and all my days up till tomorrow have been full of cousins and the local county fair.

I've also been watching a lot of TV on DVDs this week. I got the first to discs of the 1st season of Primevel and you all should watch it if you like time travel, dinosaurs and Doctor Who (no I'm not saying the Doctor is in the show). I also rented Dresden and Robin Hood (from BBC) but I have yet to watch them.

This week my fact is...

This week I have two questions to answer. 1st,

What does everyone want to be when they grow up?

I would love to be an Archeologist or and Anthropologist. If you don't know what they are use google. But anything where I get to travel, see wildlife, not write fiction and learn more about history will be good for me :)

What's going on guys? This time last month we were listening to wrock and being insane. Isn't that exciting? And even more importantly ... Can I go back? The answer is no, and that I instead have to remember that school is REALLY SOON. Ew.

Anyway, I'm not really sure what to write here, because I don't think we have a question to answer, which is ... fantastic. So I will ask one! So NOW we will have a question and then you guys can sort out what happens next!

Summer's ending. :(

I actually had a very good summer. Way better than Summer 2008 and 2009. Infinitus was easily the best experience of my life, and I miss it so much! I loved the theme park so much. Butterbeer and Pumkin Juice are soooooooooooooo amazing! And Hogwarts. Being inside Hogwarts was the best!

The programming was great. I loved seeing everyone, and The Final Battle was great (Alyssa, Megan). I spent ALL my money on various merechandise. That vendor room and the theme park stores really drained me. Ministry of Magic's show at pub night was so good! We were all just sitting there waiting for them, and it was SO worth it. The next day I went to a few formal programming (We the Jury, which NO ONE ELSE WENT TO!), then the Final Battle, then Night of a Thousand Wizards! I got three free butterbeers at the theme park then. :D I miss it all so much. I really really hope I can go to LeakyCon!

In other news, I was at Lake Tahoe the last two Thursdays which is why I haven't been posting. It was fun, but now there's not much summer left. :(. I don't want to back to school at all. I have schedule pick-up tommorow. Let's hope I get good classes.

I just realized Miranda Cosgrove was better as Megan than as Carly. Yeah.

DH MOVIE SPOILERS AHEAD: I'm happy about the split point for DH! It's exactly where I wanted it to be (Shell Cottage, Voldemort taking the Elder Wand). Less than 100 days!

Next summer will. be. the best. If I go to LeakyCon, that is (and I think I will be going). DH II with all my HP friends, all the LeakyCon stuff, more HP theme park. It's the perfect way to celebrate the ending of the movies!

Answer to the Weekly Question:
When I grow up I want a job where I can just sit around and read all day. So, I want to be a publisher. I want to have the chance to just sort of edit books all day and, eventually, work from home. I don't like having to leave and go somewhere everyday. Or having to wake up xD Though, I would also love to do something with movies or music =D That would be soo cool =D

Why Hello there muggleteen-ers! I am posting. I didn't post last week. My apologizes.

Anyways, I have been spending quite a lot of time working on the Infinitus video I am making. And guess what? IT SUCKS. No seriously, IT SUCKS. LIKE, REALLY BAD! It's not that I'm awful at editing videos, it's that iMOVIE SUCKS! or rather, in general, iMACS SUCK! You can ask Megan, she knows. My moms iMac HATES HER. And I'm begining to think it hates me too. Plus the version my mom has seems to have hardly ANY EDITING OPTIONS. Which is, in my opinion, quite REDICULOUS. So I'm currently trying to change the format of ALL the videos I took so I can put them on Windows Movie Maker. So far it's been ten minutes, I'm still changing the first video. This is not going so well. It's not that I won't have an Infinitus video for you guys, it just might SUCK. or at least, it won't be as good as it could be. STUPID MACS.

Oh and I dunno if I have all the videos that you guys took too, especially from Saturday. So if you have a video you would like to share, catch me on Skype one time and send it to me! Thanks(:

I really want to read the Hunger Games. Like, right now. But I'm in the process of reading John Green's books, of which I have only finished Looking for Alaska. So as of right now, those are more important.

Now its been about 15 minutes, and its 59% complete transferring the first video. WINDOWS MOVIE MAKER SUCKS TOO! for not just ACCEPTING MY VIDEOS IN THE FORMAT THAT THEY ARE IN! this is descrimination. Windows Movie Maker just decides to say, oh you stupid video! I'm not accepting YOU because YOUR NOT in the format of .asf, .avi, .dvr-ms, .m1v, .mp2, .mp2v, .mpe, .mpeg, .mpg, .mpv2, .mw, OR .wmv! ............why are there so many formats for a video? This is all BS. UGH. now Macs AND Windows fail. Maybe I'll go get a Dell, see how you like it stupid computers....

Okay, no more video ranting. I promise. Because the title of this post is not just 'Ranting about Videos,' it's Fanart and Fanfiction too!

So fanart. I like fanart. A lot. Like, a lot a lot. More than a lot. As in, I spend waaaay too much time looking at fanart. Almost as much time as Sam and Alyssa spend reading random fanfiction. I found the cutest picture in the world, and it makes me happy and sad at the same time. Everyone is probably tired of looking at it in the Skype chat, cause I keep mentioning it, but I'm gonna put it up here anyways(:

We've been feeling really bad for Snape lately. Mainly because of the songs Guys Like Potter from AVPS, and The Princes Tale from Final Battle. They are both such great songs, with amazing singers, and they always make me really sad. Especially cause Sam always randomly quotes them in our Skype chats.

Okay, this is like my longest post ever and I haven't even answered the question yet! Well, somehow I missed the other question too so I'm answering them both.

What do I miss most about Infinitus? Or was it, What did you like the best about Infinitus?

I don't even know how this question was worded, or if it even WAS a question (I'm really tired and out of it right now) But I'm saying anyways!

I MISS YOU GUYS! Seeing you everyday...I feel like we are so close and I've NEVER missed anyone this much, let alone more than like 14 people at once. But my favorite part of Infinitus was definatly 1) Wizarding World (though technically it was BEFORE Infinitus) 2) Ministry of Magic concert :D and 3) Waiting in line for Final Battle with everyone, and making an epic crossword with Annie. (: gah.......I REALLY MISS YOU GUYS!

Okay, now I'll answer Annie's question. What does everyone want to be when they grow up?

I want to be an actress on Broadway with Megan(: Then I want to direct and make movies. If worst comes to worst, I at least want to work on movies, preferrably in the special effects department. But who knows? Maybe I'll end up writing a book. Or being a comedian. I have a long list of things to be famous for. All I know is that I'm set on becoming famous, and I'll make lots of money and we can all buy a giant house in England and call it Malfoy Manor and we will live in it and raise our many children that are either named after Harry Potter characters or named by our Queen of coming up with names, Grace.

Sounds like a nice future, don't you think? (:

Well I didn't talk about fanfiction too much in this post, though its in the title of the--heeeey! I just found that question! In Annie's last post! The wording was 'What was your FAVORITE MOMENT at Infinitus!' Oh well...I don't feel like changing it now. (:

SO anyways...fanfiction...I'm finally finishing Shoebox Project! I think I just read Part 22...almost done! Its so amazing, I dunno why I ever stopped reading it before!

So, as you all probably know, I'm not home right now so you guys are going to have to wait awhile for some pictures coming from me. You won't even get them next week cause I'll be camping. If I can get any internet access at all from my phone I'll try to have a short post.

My summer is winding down now. All the stress about my high school next year is finally starting to settle in. I have to learn enough to be able to take French 2 next year before school starts...I have a class that I have to take twice a week starting on Thursday :( I still have yet to read the required book and write 6 page long responses to it. And I have tennis practice starting sometime soon. sigh

What was your favorite moment at Infinitus?

I have 3 things that are really my favorite. One was the Remus Lupins set! OMG that was awesome. Second was being REALLY tired with Megan, Alyssa, Sam and Rob waiting for Ministry Of Magic and the MoM set and everything afterwards. And third was the Ball.

Trust me I know this question is a little grammer school like but I think it'd be interesting!

So while on this vacation that makes me not post (:)) I've done some cool things. I went to Disneyland and Universal Hollywood while in LA. If you ever go to LA you should go to Universal Hollywood just for the 3-D King Kong part of the Studios Tour it was sooooo cool. I went to a Natural History Museum in LA too. They had this giant whale skeleton of like the 2nd largest whale in the world....it was HUGE! I can't imagine how big a blue whale is. Then I came more north CA and went to these pretty cool caves. If I remember I'll but some pictures up in like 2 weeks....the other posters, I'll put them up on facebook when I get home along with the Infinitus ones.

I usually don't do this but if you guys haven't heard of Darren Shan you should. He is a British author. He wrote the Cirque Du Freak series about a vampire. I know what you all are thinking, it's NOT like twilight or a romance vampire novel at all. It's a really good series and if you haven't read it check it out. The reason I'm telling you about this guy is I'm reading a book by him right now called The Tall Executioner. It's about this boy whose dad is the town executioner and pretty much his dad shames him by not suggesting that he take his fathers place as executioner so he goes out on a quest to seek invisibility and along the way he learns that there are other religions and that his people aren't always right. It's pretty good, but not Darren Shan's best. (Every time I write Darren Shan in my mind I'm saying Darren Criss) The best book I've probably read by him is Procession Of The Dead. It takes place in a city that is run by a huge gang pretty much its REALLY good.

My random fact is that my grandma has a painting in the room that I'm sleeping in of two kittens and their eyes follow you! Thats random enough.

Oh god Prince's Tale just came on. I cry everytime. Yal are my "magical childhood friend"s and I am "never letting you go" although it will be "a rough year" without you we don't need to "sound the alarm" cause it won't be "the end of the world". Together we can re-read "chapter 34" and "the Prince's Tale"and have a debate about the "snake in the sink" and say "hey harry potter" at least we will still have you to keep us together "when it's over". this was an epic paragraph so all you "death eaters rejoice". Okay so best moment...umm...performing Final Battle was epic...and meeting everyone but that doesn't really count. Performing final battle was probably my favorite...and the Frivolity Ball (even though Rob and Katie weren't there...I really missed yal there NO LEAVING EARLY NEXT TIME)

I am going to attempt the awesome paragraph that I have written three times, and also have lost three times. (Yes, this is a reference to my last post *sigh*)

So, how about this "Missing You" nonsense that I am feeling? It makes me feel like I've really "Gotta Get Back to Hogwarts." I know that I'll be "Getting Along" with skype chats and virtual hugs, they make me feel as though I am "Not Alone," but I still want to see you all. I will always remember the five "Days of Summer" that changed my life for the better =) I mean, I do have my IRL Delaware friends, but it just seems that we are "Different as Can Be." With you guys, it's like i've found what it's like "To Have a Home." And even though I get to hear "Those Voices" of yours through skype chats, it just isn't enough! I want to hug you guys again. So there is "No Way" that you guys are missing Leaky (and if you do, you aren't missing Ascendio.) So let's all go to Leaky and fangirl over "Harry Freakin' Potter" or, as Mama Grace says, I will cut you! Oh, and it's obvious that Sam is "The Coolest Girl" because she is Jamesiepie, and James is my best friend.

So. I believe this is my first post since Infinitus. Let me just say how epic-ly amazing everything was, especially seeing you guys. *LOVE* But I miss you. And that makes me sad. For more on that, check out my new song! (Yes, most of that was a plug. Entirely true, but a shameless plug all the same.) LINK

EXCUSE TIME! And it's actually legitimate! Last Friday night, I honestly thought I was going to die. I'm not even joking. We drove through the storm of our LIVES. This was actually a tornado worthy storm. I couldn't a foot in front of me and the winds were dropping limbs of trees everywhere. There were lines down and entire trees blocking roads and emergency vehicles and thunder and bolts of lightning and I was DRIVING THROUGH A FREAKING COUNTRY ROAD. You should of seen me. I was so tense. I was gripping the arms of my seat for dear life. Trust me, it was scary. And to make my life even more fun, we had no power! For two day! Again! Yaay! How awesome is my life? And there is my totally legitimate excuse.

On to happier times! It's somebody's birthday today! Drum roll please! ... JOEY RICHTER! YAAY! LOL jk ... Rowling's birthday is today! (Wow. That actually made sense in context.) And let's not forget the totally awesome Boy-Who-Lived! He's pretty darn cool. So everyone get your annoying cone hats and party blower thingamajigs 'cause it's time to PARTAAAAY! But in all seriousness, we love Jo Rowling and Harry Potter so much it is somewhat unbearable. Without those two, we would not have MuggleTeen and thus not even know each other. That is one scary thought. We owe you so much Jo, especially me, personally. Without your brilliant world and characters, I wouldn't be the person I am today. I would still be that shy little girl who was afraid to voice her opinions and befriend someone who wasn't entirely "normal". Because of you, I have become who I am today, the person I was meant to be all along. I love you so much, WE love you so much. Thank you and have a wonderful birthday. Even though it's almost over.

OHMYGODTHEHUNGERGAMES. It was like reading Harry Potter again, only less intense and less screaming on my mom's part. If you haven't read them yet, go do that. Now. If you have read them, I must gush in a way that won't spoil anyone. Okay So Rob, Annie, and Kate...you are ALL on my bad list. Sorry but you do not just not post because infinitus is over. Uhhh...NO! Leaky is only 351 days away...we need to prepare. And if I can I'll go to that conference thing in New Hampshire (spelling??? Is that correct...Rob still needs to tutor me in spelling) too. Sam has an excuse...reasons that do not need to be said on my post, but she has an excuse...I suppose. But EVERYONE better post this week. Since people didn't post the weekly question got all fugged (YES A JOHN GREEN REFERENCE) up so...I guess I'll ask one....umm...What do you miss most from Infinitus 2010??? That seems like a good one. Everyone wants to go back to infinitus. Like, really bad. It was so much fun and awesome. I cant even explain how wonderful it was. :D

HEY HARRY POTTER YOU ARE MAKING ME BAWL!

Best days of my life ever. no compition! Infinitus 2010 is...ov...ove...I CAN"T SAY IT. I have so many pictures and videos as does everyone and will be uploading them sometime soon to Muggleteen's new YouTube page http://www.youtube.com/muggleteen or at least I hope we will be....I have some editing to do first. :P Anyway...this has been the ALL TIME BEST WEEK OF MY LIFE EVER!!! I met so many amazing people. Sam and Kate and Rob and Alyssa and Sara J. Perkins and Cole and Quin and Thomas and rest of the cast of TFB and Tyler (alyssa's brother who gave Sam mac and cheese) and Mallory and Lena and Victoria, and Grace, and Erika. AHHHHH !!!! IT WAS SO AWESOME. Everyone from the DA Revival was so sweet and nice and funny. The Final Battle Musical went amazingly (and I was told I did a great job in my solo by newmerus people which made me the happiest person alive). Joey Richter LOVED Katie's letter (he was so freakin excited) and I discovered how nasty red vines are THEY DO NOT FIX EVERYTHING......THEY ARE NASTY!!!!!!!!!! i got an ALLCAPS CD and got it signed by Luke and Kristina AND all of Ministry of Magic (EPIC)!I have AVPS poster signed by the cast and I spent $90 on CDs. I also found out that Matt Magacimo and Lauren Fairweather are REAL PEOPLE. I am kinda friends with Lauren...I don't really know but she knows my name and I got lots of hugs and her and Matt are SO cute together (just had to mention that).

I better go over my week. Okay so Wednesday I VERY AKWARDLY met Rob for the first time. Now Rob is awesome IRL but he isn't so good at the meeting for the first time thing. he walks in and Katie waves at him and he sorta does a double take and then is like"Oh...Hi" and his mom is trying to be sweet and ask if he knows us and then we just sit at opposite ends of the lobby acting like we don't know eachother. AKWARD. Alyssa on the other hand is another story. Katie is nudging me, "thats alyssa that's RUN!" and all three of us run down the entrance hallway and land in a huge group hug! After we (Rob and I with Katie there) get checked in with Infinitus and Rob explains what to do with a needle he carries around in case he has an allergic reaction to something (Oh god did I feel bad for him), alyssa, Megan, Rob, and Katie head off to hogwarts. IT SOUNDS EPIC!!!!!!!! AND IT WAS EPIC. I will post Rob's.....reaction to the park on youtube as soon as possible agian at http://www.youtube.com/muggleteen. Then alyssa and I had rehersal after riding forbidden journey and dragon challenge. Rehersal was amazing because we met everyone who we had been rehersing with for months. I kinda kicked Quin (James)'s script out of his hand the first time I practiced my dance...opps got a text.....Royal Pacific Orchard Lounge at 2pm for audio of TFB playing...Opps well I am already off site and at mum's work....what was I saying...OH YES the script...I did a fan kick and ripped out a page in Quin's script but HEY I am not perfect...and it was funny. Anyway then...Oh yeah Alyssa and i ate her birthday cake with the Death Eaters of Tommorow. It was also epic.

Thursday.....um....MORE PRACTICE.....I killed no one's script and then we had the crappy feast of icky mexican Food at the Royal Pacific...more practice....and the wizard Rock concert. OMG MY MUM SCREAMED AT ME CAUSE I LOST MY VOICE! I didn't even scream at the concert but after All day practice singing and then sing to the moaning myrtles at the concert my voice was a little scratchy. anyway the concert didn't end til...like 2:30 am cause Ministry of magic didn't come on til 1-ish and after Ministry's set, Jason Munday played California Dorks and All Caps played Don't Unplug Me. So I was really tired and Katie slept over.

Okay Friday........ummmm....REHERSAL......REHERSAL....hour break...CAST CALL.....FINAL BATTLE.....intermission....butterflies in my stomache....Prince's Tale.....end of final battle...Katie leaves.....pool.....home.

Saturday I tried (and failed) to go to formal programming. I met starkid, I ate a sandwich, I saw AVPS, I went to the ball and had the most fun in my life. basically, BEST FOUR DAYS OF MY EXISTENTS. okay this has been really long. Bye

Whoa! Dude! BEST DAY EVER TODAY! Met everyone! Alyssa, Sam, Kate, Rob, Annie, and Megan (well, I already met megan before) and our friend Victoria! We all went to Wizarding World of Harry Potter!!! :D

Got everyones reactions of first entering the park, drinking butterbeer and pumpkin juice for the first time, and waiting in line for Forbidden Journey! The castle and hogsmeade are truly amazing, the rides are fantastic and its just...AHHH!!! I wanna live there! :D

so anyways, question of the week: Tell us how you found Harry Potter and its fandom.

Okay, well my story may end up being kinda long. In third grade (the time when everyone started saying, you can read CHAPTER books now!) my mom took me to the library and got me a whole bunch of books, one of them being Harry Potter. I kinda loved it when I first read it, but then when I got the second one it took me a bit to read it over the summer. I ended up just watching the movie so I knew what happened, but I went back and read the book over again before reading the next ones. Through fourth grade I was OBSESSED with the books, and by the time I finished them I only had to wait about a month for the 6th book which I got for christmas. Then my Harry Potter-ness kinda died down through 5th grade, because none of my friends ever liked it so I kinda just forgot about it, but I still loved it I just hadnt read it in a long time. Then 6th grade, I was in New Jersey the day Deathly Hallows came out and I remember seeing all the stories about it on the news and got really excited, so I got the book and read it as much as I could, and then I got BACK into loving Harry Potter again! Then 7th grade I went through this awkward stage, as we all seemed to, and I started liking other books like Percy Jackson, The Sisters Grimm, and, dare I say it? Twilight. *shutter* Summer before 8th grade, I started watching fanart videos on youtube, then I found Deviantart and discovered fanfiction on there, leading me to HPFF. I had like an obsession with fanfics and fanart, but I kept EVERYTHING to myself. People made fun of me if I told them I liked it, and none of my friends shared the love I had for it. Then I re-met Megan (hehe) and we figured out we both love fanfiction, she put me in the skype chat and BAM! New best friends! :D

So yea, that was pretty long. I basically did have a lot of in and out of Harry Potter, but I'm SUPERR deep into the fandom now and I'm NEVER going back!

I feel like crying now. I've been crying a lot lately. It sounds stupid but I....I just....I just love Harry Potter SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

There are so many plot holes in this (the 1st) spiderman movie. One, how does MJ not know Clark's voice after knowing him since she was 6? Two, how does Clark not recognize his best friends father's voice? Three, actually I don't have a three but still HOW?!

Look I managed one paragraph before Infinitus squeeing! I'm in a hotel in Sacramento right now and I have a plane to catch so early that tomorrow I have to wake up at 3:30...not looking forward to it.

My story actually won't be that long cause I don't really remember. I read the books around 4th grade and liked them. I bought Harry, A History a couple of years ago but never read it. And then I saw A Very Potter Musical last summer. That really introduced me to the whole fandom side of Harry Potter. I bought Jingle Spells and starting listening to podcast and wrock and now I'm going to a convention.

This is going to be really short because it's 8:30 here and this hotel has a swimming pool that closes at 10 so I'm going to go swimming. I'll see most of you in less than 24 hours! (Oh and Spiderman has a kinda bad and messed up plot line and I have no need to ever see it again.)

MEGAN IS MAKING ANOTHER POST! I KNOW IT IS NOT HOW WE NORMALLY DO THINGS! Sorry to intrude on someone else's day but i Skimmed kate's post and didn't see the question. SO MEH! I am gonna quickly answer it now. How did I find harry and the fandom?

Okay well I have been reading (listening to Jim dale and my mum read) the HP books since I was like 2. I grew up with my mum reading Soccer's Stone as my bed time story. The fandom I found through...Twilight....I know you guys are probably staring at the computer opened mouthed thinking how could something so hideous help you find harry. this is an out rage!!! Please hear me out.... I was into twilight in the summer before eighth grade (though Twilight isn't even remotely as good as HP and it can be REALLY stupid I think it is still worth reading and I agree with famous awesome author John Green when he says something along the lines of...it's about love conquers all and is after a different goal than Harry Potter. See http://www.youtube.com/vlogbrothers#p/search/5/PkoBoF9FDXg) and I didn't know what a podcast was but I was broke and podcasts were free, so I search for twilight podcasts and found Imprint done by Andrew Sims, Mathew Britton, Elisa Montforth, etc. They also do mugglecast and talked about there "sister podcast" Mugglecast so I decided to check that out to. Through Mugglecast I found fanfiction and began listening to the HPFF podcast. I went on HPFF, started Luna's Reality, (http://www.harrypotterfanfiction.com/viewstory.php?psid=274482) and then went on the HPFF forum, and met....katethekeeper!!! (it took me like....5 months to GET on HPFF and meet her but it happened) she told me about the Final Battle where I met Alyssa and so many other wonderful cast members and I just got thrown into the fandom. I have loved HP all my life but I have been part of this fandom of wrock and musicals and conferences for a year now and it has been the best year of my life. SERIOUSLY IT HAS! I am closer to my HP friends than my irl friends (with the exception of Katie). I am so glad I found this fandom...my gosh it took me a long time to find and figure out but the experience has been amazing. I hope it will continue to be this awesome.

But it still hasn't really hit me yet... I have been ignoring my suitcase that has been sitting on the other bed in my room (the one my brother is supposed to sleep in... but is never here to actually sleep in.) I am currently listening to The Final Battle music on repeat in the background as I write this post, I just sent a text to Mallory for last minute costuming... and I have to really learn the DER dance. Which I have been avoiding for reasons Megan knows xD

So to respond to everyone, er that I remember. The muggleteen is extremely slow on my computer xD I did read everyone's post though <3

Annie: I wish I could've gone to ROFLCOPTOUR. I'm not going to the Remy Lupin concert, considering I have about 2 hours to get there and no one has even told me we are going. And it takes about an hour to get there in the first place. *sigh*

Well, this is a longish story. I found Harry Potter when my first grade teacher pointed out Chamber of Secrets to me towards the end of first grade. Considering I had just learned how to read and was always reading a 'Magic Treehouse' book, I took up Chamber of Secrets with a vigour that confused my grandmother. But she didn't complain. I read Chamber of Secrets first, sadly, and finished it after obsessively reading it for a week. Then, I forget what I've read and all until Third grade, when I read the rest of the books that were out at the time. Which I believe was up to Goblet of FIre. Then, while in Barnes and Noble, I saw the book five premiere flyer and could hardly contain my excitement. I convinced my grandmother to buy me haircurlers and to put my hair up in them the night before, then wore my best Hermione Clothes (Which weren't great, mind you xD) and convinced my grandmother to dress like Professor Sprout. Then, I also don't remember what happened from here until 5th grade. I remember always liking the books, but I put them on the back burner and became obsessive with Anime, because my friend was obsessed with Anime. Then I became a mall rat. Everyone at the mall was reading twilight, so I picked that up. After being obsessed for about 6 months, and when the movie trailer came out... I realized that those books sucked. I had found fanfiction on the internet, through my friend Mary, and the Harry Potter stories just always seemed way more interesting than the boring, depressive crap where Bella and Edward always got together. I began to read Harry Potter fanfiction obsessively. And I mean OBSESSIVELY. I found Harry Potter videos through youtube and stumbled across Snape vs Snape through, I believe, this video. LINK.
That's when I realized that there was wrock and I became obsessed with finding it all. I found the HPA through wrock, and through a HPA penpal (who I had for like 2 weeks... she stopped writing -.-) I found out about Infinitus. I went to wrock concert October 4, 2009, and felt like a complete idiot because I didn't know anyone. The concert I went to was in Lauren's dorm room. Lauren had mentioned fiveawesomegirls, which I hadn't known about, and she had mentioned Howler and her cowriter Hank Green. Of course, I looked them up when I got home, and began to obsess over the real live part of youtube that I had never realized existed before. I watched all the Green Brothers' videos and was done for Project 4 awesome. Which I took part in <3

Then I hosted a wrock show at my Aunt's house. And went to another in Cape May. And now in THREE DAYS I am going to Infinitus.

Writing all that out, actually made me really excited for Infinitus. It made me realize how quickly the Harry Potter fandom sweeps you up and makes you want to pay like 2 thousand dollars to join in more <3 I feel all sentimental now.

Well, you got past my giant lump of a paragraph, and that means you care =D I love you all so much and can't wait to meet you in 3 days <33 This seems so surreal!

I'M SO MAD. The Infinitus people cancelled the Men of Our Dreams and the Lucidity of Luna Lovegood! I was really looking forward to them, too.

Now that I've gotten that off of my shoulders, hiiii everybody! (Any Simpsons fans out there?) I know this is a bit late, but I didn't have any access to the Internet yesterday. The good news is that I'll be back in New York later today, so I'll have all the Internet I could ever dream of. I missed you guys, so I might be stalking you a bit.

I finally saw The Last Airbender yesterday. I know everyone's been saying it's the worst movie they've ever seen, but I actually think that the Percy Jackson movie is worse. The only thing seriously wrong with the Last Airbender was that the names were seriously mispronounced and the characters were severely under-developed. Oh, and the script was a bit lacking. Really, it's all M. I-Can't-Spell-His-Name's fault. It could've been a pretty decent movie, but it just ... wasn't. So blame you, Mr. Dude-Whose-Name-I-Can't-Spell. You fail. Did any of you see the movie? What are your opinions?

In Which Sam Rambles About Skype

Hey, guys! I am incapable of remembering that FRIDAY IS POST DAY. I won't remember until somebody reminds me. (Today it was Annie and Katie, thank you both!) I won't be posting next week either, I'll be too busy running around to formal programming, Final Battle, and NoaTW with all the awesome people I've met online on Friday to post. :) Congrats, Annie! You won't have to remind me next week!

To answer my own question: The formal programming I'm most looking forward to is "The Black Brothers: A Brothers' Bond in a Time of War", "Speaking Ill of the Dead: A Moral Exploration of Sirius Black", "The Men of Our Dreams", and "HP Slash before - and since - Dumbledore/Grindlewald". I think those are all going to be amazing. :D

And may I say, our Skype chats are becoming more and more interesting. Namely with Katie, Rob, and Alyssa...we always have some interesting, deep subject to talk about. Two of the most recent ones, "If I had a twin and we were as close as Fred and George were, and they died, I would kill myself." (which I admit that I started) and we discussed incest, Fred/George, Bill/Charlie, and real life-wise. If our conversations are like this over Skype, I can't imagine what our real-life coversations are going to be like!

Another topic worth noting...our shipping wars. While some of us agree with each other's ships, there are some in the chat who do not. This results in 20+ minute shipping wars! My personal favorites: Draco/Ginny, Fred/George, and Remus/Sirius...which SOME PEOPLE *cough* Megan & Rob *cough* don't agree with! Well.... :P To you guys!

And we've taken up a sort of role playing type thing, you could call it. I am James (Prongsiepie, Prongs, Jamsie, etc) and Fred (Freddie), Alyssa is Sirius (Padfoot, Pads, SNUFFLES, Fleas, etc), Megan is Lily, (Lils, Lilykins, Lilyflower, etc), and Katie is Remus (Remy, Moonpie, etc) and George (Georgie). :D We also call Rob "Severus", although he denies that he is. YOU ARE, ROB, YOU ARE!

Actually, that's questionable. I'm supposed to post on Thursday, and it is still Thursday (despite how late it is) so...

Anyway, I have a fairly good excuse for forgetting to post. I was reading Prisoner of Azkaban! I finished it about a half hour ago. I probably read about 90% of the book today. It's easy to do that with Harry Potter, as you all probably know. :D

It's Harry Potter weekend on ABC Family if you haven't heard. They played Philosopher's/Sorcerer's Stone today. They also aired some DH sneak peek. I watched it online, and it looked nothing short of amazing.

I haven't been doing much lately. I've mainly just been freaking out about Infinitus, playing LEGO Harry Potter, and reading Harry Potter. I wonder what it's like to have a life. *sigh* I head out to Florida in 5 days! I can't wait to meet you all (well, most of you all (I'M KIDDING, GOSH MEGAN)), and I can't wait for the theme park and the progamming and the Final Battle! It's pretty funny to see Alyssa's and Megan's reactions when I kid around and pretend that I'm considering not going, but I would never miss it!

It looks like I won't be going to ROFLcoptour this Sunday. I sent an email to my parents about it, but none of them have mentioned it at all to me. -_- Don't you just love it when parents do stuff like that? I guess it's okay, since I'll be seeing practically all those bands at Infinitus anyway, but I just really wanted to see ALL CAPS.

What formal programming am I most looking forward to? Hmm I probably have about 95% of my schedule done. Just some things I probably won't decide on until the moment it's actually time for the programming. I'm really looking forward to We the Jury (as everyone else is), Following the Phoenix's Song, and the Luna Lovegood one (can't remember the actual name right now).

I won't be posting next week, since I'll be at Infinitus! My next post is probably going to be super long since I'll be relaying my entire experience from Infinitus.

ONE WEEK TILL YOU GUYS COMEEEEEE!!!!! I'm so excited! I just can't wait to seee everyoneee! :D I was literally having a spaz attack last night like jumping off the walls. In fact I was so high on excitement and energy that I didnt fall asleep until FOUR in the morning! (Florida time!) Which is like two hours after I left skype to go to sleep so I was tossing and turning foreverr. So it's eleven in the morning and I really wish I was still asleep but now that I'm thinking about Infinitus again...IM NOT TIRED ANYMORE! seven days....ahhhh its crazy!

So for the question, what formal programming are you most looking forward to? Well, I honestly don't even know what formal programming I'm going to. I know I definatly want to go to We the Jury and Keeping the Fandom Alive, but that's about it. I think I'll just end up tagging along with one of you guys and I'll pretty much go wherever y'all are going. If thats finee(:

Rob has stuck with the canon most of the time, Alyssa and Sam just loveee their sometimes okay yet sometimes utterly insane slash pairings, Megan is obsessed with getting everyone to like Draco/Luna, Annie doesn't seem to love the slash pairings of Alyssa and Sam very much (especially with Charlie), and me? Well, I don't really care as long as Ron and Hermione are together and James and Lily are together. Those pairings, well, they're made for each other. (:

So on Sunday I drove to Portland to see ROFLCOPTOUR. If you don't know ROFLCOPTOUR is ALL CAPS, Lauren Fairweather, The Whomping Willow, and The Parselmouths. I know that JFF is on this tour but he wasn't at the show I went to because his fiance had to go to the hospital or something so he went home for a bit. Any-hoo it was really awesome I was there with my only friend who lives anywhere near me who shares my obsession with Harry Potter. After the concert I got a poster and got it signed by everyone. It amazes me how nice they all are after a week of touring. Check out if you can get to any of there shows you won't regret going. Link

The programming I'm most looking forward to is Keeping The Fandom Alive and The Historical Hidden Key to Harry Potter: Why Witches and Wizards Went Underground After The English Civil War.

So it seems to be that only Alyssa and I are still rereading the Harry Potter series so you all owe us a butterbeer from the park :) I'm on Goblet Of Fire page 123 and it's taken me around 11 hours.

Funny and annoying story time. I was in Portland seeing ROFLCOPTOUR and my other friend's mom hurt her spine so my friend had to go to another town around 3 hours away to the hospital and she came to my house and my dad gave her my only copy of Order Of The Pheonix to read. So now I don't have the next book to read. Luckily she'll be back tomorrow and I can just call her up and get it back. I don't really care that I've always wanted her to read the books and now that she is I won't let her borrow them, I just need to read it :)

So this week's random fact is that my zoo is getting Red Pandas! They'll be here on Friday and my friend and I are going to go see them on Sunday and then play some Lego HP. So expect some really cute pictures next week.

Okay so today seems like an insane steping stone. Since this site started we have had 8 changes in staff (i counteed) and a total of 105 posts made. INSANITY RIGHT!!!!!! Kate, Annie, and I (Megan) are "oldie staff members" having been here since the start, Alyssa is a "senior staff member" being here for months, and Katie, Sam, and Rob are "new bee staff members" but everyone of us is amazing. Infinitus is only 9 days away. SINGLE DIGITS AWAY!!! i can't beleive I get to see all of you for the first time (well except katie who I saw Friday :P )

so the formal programming I am looking forward to.....hmmm....well probably writing wizard rock and we the jury IF and only IF i can slip out of Final Battle rehersal early. Honestly the thing I am most excited (and terrifyed and nervous) about DOING at Infinitus is not "formal programming" but the Final Battle performance. OMG all the muggleteeners must be there even if they are going to just (run off to NoaTW right after without even telling Alyssa and me that we were good) *cough* ROB *cough*

okay so in other AMAZING NEWS Alyssa and I are on a CD that came out today. It is called "Love Will Prevail:Songs From the Final Battle" and we are back-up singers on Death Eaters Rejoyce. Take THAT kids who said I could never be a "real" singer! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! okay well it isn't THAT big a deal, like you can't even really hear me unless you know my voice really well but it is me in the backround on a REAL CD so WOOHOO! and good job to Alyssa as well.

In which Alyssa has exciting stuff to say

(That's not part of the exciting stuff, but I figured that if I am talking to people I should greet them first... that was also not exciting. Talking about not exciting stuff, is not exciting... I'm done xD)

The exciting news is IT'S INDEPENDENCE DAY! Today is the day that concluded our valiant fight... well actually that was Wizarding Independence Day... As much as I have studied this Independence Day business at school, I can never remember the finer details. You will have to get over it and instead listen to me ramble about Independence. Which is a pretty cool thing =D It's also something I will have a little more of in eighteen days... when I can drive.

Me driving, however, is further away than what is happening in 10 days, which is also, by far, more important. (See that former sentence? "I do believe in commas, I do, I do!") In 10 days Infinitus is happening. You see that there are no caps? No excitement? That's because I already stated that This Post is an exciting one, everything (excluding the first sentence and anything dealing with the first sentence of this post...) is somewhat exciting. Whether it is something I am excited for or what you are excited for is not my concern =D (Although I do hope that you are as excited as Mr. Weasley would be when happening upon something run by electricity. Or plugs and batteries, he does love those muggle things.) 10 Days! 10 Days! 10 Days!

AND I ALMOST JUST LOST MY POST! I backspaced and the whole page went away and I was almost in tears D= Luckily blogger likes to save posts as drafts every few seconds. phew. =D

Well... obviously "The Men of Our Dreams," wasn't that the easiest question to answer xD I mean, c'mon! Just kidding =D I am also really looking forward to either "The Brothers Black" or "Writing Wizard Rock" if I ever decide which I am going to... and Sirius Black. I am looking forward to Sirius Black in general =D

Other news: Sadly, I am not sure if my 10 Days! video will be up today or early-ish tomorrow morning, but I just have to upload it. Seeing that I am currently typing this on my grandmother's computer where, no matter how many times I say "accio video," the video is not residing, I have to wait to get home. This means that the video is coming, the video is made... i just haven't had the time to wait for youtube to upload it. =D

Unfortunately there will be no (GO AWAY STUPID FLY! The stupid thing is buzzing around my freaking ears and I swear if I was as ninja as I wanted to be it would be DEAD by now!!! [I hope you read that, stupid-fly-whom-I-will-now-call-Skeeter.]) pictures of me and Dinosaur Detective "D" Dave, as I have yet to receive them myself, or my cat. Sorry =D, if this upsets you, I will put double on next week =D

And if you read this blog, you should comment and tell me how ridiculous I am or that I should shut up because I know I type incredibly too much than what is necessary. It's a habit I have from all the b.s.-ing I do to write long narratives about books that I only read a quarter of for tests and what not in English. It's a talent, I must say. Hey guys! Look who's posting?

So, first off, the trailer is totally awesome. Or more like supermegafoxyawesomehot! I can't even speak of it, it's just that amazing. But since everyone else already talked about it, I'll move on.

LEGO Harry Potter! It's amazing. I've already finished the story line, so now I'm working on the minigames and the little things, like finding all of the gold bricks. It's surprisingly hard, but that's welcome after how easy the EA games are. I do love them, but I beat HBP is four hours. They could improve just a tad.

So. My foot. The good news: I'm get to take Grawp-boot off on Monday, although I still have to bring it to Infinitus 'cause of all the walking and theme park-ness. I have a doctor's note that says I (and you guys) can skip the lines! I probably won't use it 'cause I'll feel guilty about cutting, but it's still nice to have. The bad news: I fell down the stairs yesterday and hurt my OTHER foot. I'm such an idiot. I don't think it's too bad, but you never know. Hopefully I just bruised it a bit.

I know this was said in every single post this week, but definitely meeting you guys! I've known some of you for almost a year now and it's just been amazing how close we've gotten. You guys are some of my best friends and I can't imagine how I survived fourteen years without you!

Ah, that's too hard to answer! Probably the one about the music in Harry Potter or writing wizard rock. But I'm really looking forward to "The Men of Our Dreams." That's going to be awesome! XD

I think that's about it. Oh. I forgot ... I give up. There's no way I'll be able to read six and a half books in ten days. It's just not possible. Well, actually, it is. But I'm too distracted by fanfiction! I've mostly kicked my addiction at this point, but ... It's addicting. And I really want to read this book I got from the library, which I'll probably start in a few minutes. In summary, I'm not re-reading Harry Potter. Sorry!

Hey, guys! This is coming in a LITTLE bit late...(only a half hour for me, but eh.) I completely forgot to post!! (THANK YOU SO MUCH ANNIE FOR REMINDING ME!) Sorry to all, it's been an eventful day for me and it slipped my mind!

First off, I'd like to say that LEGO HARRY POTTER YEARS 1-4 IS COMPLETELY AMAZING!! :D It's definitely the best game ever. I played as Sirius and Fred...two players I've wanted to play as FOREVER!! The LEGOness is totally fun, I've never played one before and that was TOTALLY AWESOME. (I know...definitely cheesy to say, but whatever.) Ahh, if you haven't got it yet, or you didn't think it would be good so you didn't bother...GO GET IT RIGHT NOW! After this post I'm probably going to go play it more. :)

Another awesome game: Pokemon Heartgold. I just got it when I got HP 1-4 the other day, amazing.

I also found this picture on a facebook group: I thought it was a cool picture. :) And it made me pretty sad when I realized that the movies were coming to an end...

Yay! DH Trailer AND LEGO Game!

DH MOVIE SPOILERS AHEAD: Whew! So, first off, let's start with that amazing Deathly Hallows trailer! I was blown away. I do feel that they showed a bit too much of Part II and way too much of the forest scene. I feel that should have been kept a visual secret, but it looked fantastic. My favorite parts of the trailer were the Room of Requirement scene, the part where all the good guys and bad guys run out to eachother, and the part where Filch's prisoners escape. :D

Some bits and bobbles of the trailer you might not have noticed:

-The part where Voldemort leads his army into battle there's a dead body they trample
-You actually see Dumbledore's tomb! It's the part where Voldemort creates that lightning storm. You can see he's standing on the tomb, and this is when he takes the Elder Wand.
-The Nagini scene is in a more bright room than described in the book. It's been speculated that they moved this scene to the Potter's house, and the room was Harry's nursery or something (I actually like the idea).
-The bodies at the final duel scene

I also really liked the part with Filch. It looks like they'll be showing some scenes of what's going on at Hogwarts in Part I while the trio is hunting horcruxes.

Overall, everything looks great, and I don't really mind the changes they're making since I view the movies and books as two seperate things. I don't spend my whole time complaining about every little thing they change when I could be enjoying the movie for what it is. *cough*95%ofeveryotherHPfan*cough*

Anyway, I just bought the LEGO video game. It looks so fun, and I can't wait to play it! Sam's said that it's great, so I'm taking her word for it. Also, mine came with a free copy of SS (in disk form), and Sam's only came with a download! Bwahahaha.

For Infinius, I think I'm most excited for the theme park, and more specifcally, Night of a Thousand Wizards.I'm also really excited about meeting all you guys.

So how about that Deathly Hallows trailer? I personally almost passed out watching it. I know some of us are more excited about it than others, I happen to be one of the more excited of us(: its just so epic I cant get over it!!

So today Megan came over to my house and we were looking at a whole bunch of formal programing stuff for infinitus, and now I'm all hyped up about it!! Tomorrow it will only be two weeks, can you believe it?! AHH! :D

Speaking of infinitus, and to answer Rob's question, I am also looking forward to seeing everyone, and I am really excited to see Megan and Alyssa in final battle(: I am also looking forward to AVPS! Oh wait...I cant go on saturday! ITS NOT FAIR!! :(

So as you guys probably know I was in LA since me last post. THERE IS NO SMOG IN LA. Sorry you guys that is an urban legend. Although I'd forgotten that the power lines buzz....

I have trouble sleeping in hotel rooms and the other day I'd just listened to Potter Cast's podcast all about the Wizarding World Of Harry Potter and Leaky Con 2011 and I couldn't go to sleep. I figured out that if I save all my money, beg my parents and only ask for the next 2 Harry Potter Special Editions and the 5th series of Doctor Who on DVD for my birthday, I might be able to get enough saved to go! I'm not even going to tell my parents about it for at least a month after Infinitus though...unless they read this...haha...HI!

Katie, you aren't making me too excited to go to Florida in 15 days. I hope I'll be able to handle it ok for the 7 days I'll be there. You should really read all of John Green's books in the order he wrote them. Rob, Toy Story 3 was amazing! The end made me bawl and I was with my cousins who are younger than me and they were staring at me like I was psycho for crying. Sam, I miss talking to you on Skype....I'll be able to tomorrow though! Kate...shame. Alyssa, keep the pictures coming you know how we all love your cat. Megan...I hate you. RAWR!

My post this week is going to deal a lot with DINOSAURS! Because they are freaking awesome =D So, I went down to the Delaware Riverfront today with my grandparents, my mom and my brother (he lost the game. I lost the game. Damn! We all lost the game!). We ate dinner at the weird crab shack place (where there were really only three things on the menu that I could eat -.-) and I had Crab Nachos, sans the Crab. yay! Anyway, as we were driving around, I laid my eyes on the most gorgeous statue of the most gorgeous dinosaur ever, I then proceeded to name him 'Detective Dinosaur' or 'D' for short. I took pictures of this glorious event, but unfortunately can not show you until my grandmother sends them to me. Which is unfortunate because you can see my brother 'mounting the fair beast.' How fair, indeed. *sigh*

QUESTION: With SEVENTEEN DAYS left until Infinitus, what are you most looking forward to? Well, my main thing used to be the conference in general, but now I am really looking forward to... well everything still. I can't wait to meet you all, and I can't wait for the Final Battle, and I can't wait for Harry Potter Land, and I just CAN'T WAIT AT ALL! No Really, I am DYING HERE! <3
